Please note that Unit 39 is no longer in the vacation rental program!

Located in the heart of the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, at the edge of the quaint village of North Woodstock, the Alpine Village Resort is your four season vacation destination. Enjoy the convenience of this two or three bedroom luxury townhouse condominium unit, with those little added extras like air conditioning, a DVD video library, washer and dryer, and bedside telephones and TV sets in both queen size bedrooms to make your stay even more enjoyable.

For those larger groups, the optional skylight loft bedroom provides two additional twin beds, track screens and shades on the skylights, and a 20" TV with game inputs to keep the kids occupied.

In the Summer, visit the many area family attractions such as Clarks Trading Post, the Hobo Railroad, Santa's Village, Story Land, and the Flume to name but a few. For those hot summer days, cool off at the Whale's Tail water park just up the road. Returning to Alpine Village after a hard day of having fun, relax on the rear deck and broil some steaks on the charcoal grill, or play some tennis on one of the four Alpine Village courts.

The Fall offers some of the most spectacular foliage in the country, with the White Mountain National Forest as the perfect backdrop. Drive over the picturesque Kancamagus Highway through the heart of the White Mountains, with a stop in North Conway for lunch and some serious factory outlet shopping.

In the Winter, try nearby Loon Mountain for a day of downhill skiing, or visit Cannon, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods, or one of the many other great ski resorts within a short drive. If you prefer snowshoeing or cross country skiing, the White Mountain National Forest offers many free wilderness ski trails, and nearby commercial areas offer miles of groomed trails for cross country skiers of all abilities.

Spring is the perfect time of the year to hit those National Forest hiking trails and get back into shape after a Winter of inactivity. Whether it is a two hour round trip hike up to nearby Indian Head, or an all day trek to the summit of 6,288 foot Mount Washington, you will find an abundance of marked trails for years of hiking adventure. If you ride a bike, try the paved bike trail through beautiful Franconia State Park, just up the road.

In any season, the Woodstock Inn in town is an easy walk from Unit 39, and offers casual dining in their two dining rooms. Stop by one of the two Woodstock Station lounges and sample their seasonal ales brewed right on site, and be sure to take advantage of the half-priced appetizers and discounted draft prices at the lounges between 3-5 every day of the week.
